Special Event Project Plan
As the Chair of the event committee, Rebecca came to me for help putting together a project plan for the event. We talked about her challenges and what she needed the plan to accomplish. She provided me with her Word document full of notes on what needed to happen before, during, and after the event and I turned them into a polished project plan in Excel for her committee in just 3 days.
“The plan looks AMAZING! You are a rockstar! It makes sense to me--the headers, the layout, even the names of the buckets. It all makes sense. I'm so excited!” ~Rebecca, Independent Consultant
Year-Long Teacher Recruitment Plan
It's not uncommon for school districts to be understaffed. When I met Dyan she was the entire teacher recruitment team for more than 180 schools. I created a year-long recruitment and cultivation plan which empowered her with the organization, prioritization, and steps she needed to recruit high-quality teachers and hire them early before they were lost to surrounding school districts.
"I really appreciated working with you. I don't know what I would have done without you!"
~Dyan, Recruitment Manager, Large Urban School District
Fourth Presbyterian Church
Fourth Presbyterian Church in Chicago took on an ambitious project to substantially increase individual giving rates among it's 5,400 members. In partnership with an outside vendor, the Resource Development Committee put together a resource development enhancement plan consisting of eight short- and long-term recommendations. To support the implementation of that work, I worked with the committee to create a project plan for each recommendation outlining the steps that need to be taken, by whom, and when to meet their goal.
It is so fun to see this all come together in such an attractive format! It makes a huge difference. Thank you for doing all of this work during your holiday break. You are a rock star!!
~Katy, Director of Development
